Each one ships only when someone who actually speaks that language has read it end to end, because the promise on the English edition is that every word was reviewed by a human and a translation does not get a lower standard. That means no dates. A language is announced when it is finished, not when it is started.
No. It is a memoir of one build. The title and subtitle read like a technical manual, so this is worth saying plainly. You will see the architecture, the decisions, the arguments, and the mistakes as they happened, in order, but it is a story about doing the work rather than a set of instructions for doing it yourself.
