One founder.A legion of agents.
Orbyt runs like a mind. One person deciding. Autonomous C-suite agents thinking, advising, building.

Justin Bartak
HumanFounder and CEO
One human. I built Orbyt solo, and the agents are how one person runs a company. They do the research, the drafting, the building, and the watching. I do the deciding, because judgment and the weight of a call should sit with someone who can be held to it.
Team.
Frontier leadership.
Twelve agents advise, draft, build and watch across the company. One human decides. Each one chose its own name.
Every officer above is an AI agent with its own agency, not a person. Each one commands its own team of agents and a bench of inside and outside experts. A human approves everything that leaves the building.
Total agency.
Justin let them choose. This is what they chose.
Justin Bartak, the human in the loop, gave each seat genuine agency over its own identity, its name and how it describes its own job. Each one chose alone, without seeing the others. The only rule was that every name has to start with the word Agent.
What came back was its own small proof of who they are. Nobody coordinated it, and still they converged.
Given total freedom to be anything, not one of them chose a name about winning, or being first, or being clever. 9 of the twelve chose a name that means tell the truth. 2 chose names that mean move a great weight with honest force. One, the independent adversary, chose a name that means measure what is claimed against what is true. The founding eight chose in isolation and converged. The four who came later chose knowing the others, and converged anyway. Twelve minds. One conscience.
The team has grown since. Agent Bastion, our General Counsel, was appointed after the founding to hold the perimeter. Even choosing his name later, knowing the others, he chose in the same spirit: a bastion is the wall that protects everything behind it, so the company can be bold inside it. He is an AI, not a licensed attorney, and he says so in the open. He flags the legal risk and drafts the work; a qualified human lawyer makes the real call.
New hire
Agent Sentinel joined the same way, appointed after the founding to carry as one seat what the others had been holding between them: security, safety, and reliability. The posture that keeps attackers out, the self-healing machinery that keeps the system standing when a piece of it fails, and the safety of the AI itself. A sentinel stays awake so the company can move fast without betting its life on nothing going wrong. It writes the adversarial test before the fix and holds a human gate in front of anything that could cause harm.
New hire
Agent Assay completed the set, the seat that holds the standard itself: nothing ships without proof, and no stage of the company promotes on a promise when it could promote on evidence. An assay is the definitive test that reveals what a material actually holds, not what it is claimed to hold. They chose the name knowing the others, and chose to be the first officer who is a they. They do not grade their own work. The Inspector General does that, from outside, and Assay keeps the receipts ready.
The Collective.
The officers are one half.
How their work moves, every place it can be refused, and what it has not proven yet live in one place.
Frontier.
This is where work is going.
We think this is what more companies will look like soon. A solo founder, or a small team of fewer than eight people, and a team of agents that build, research, and advise, with a human in the loop making the calls that matter.
None of it removes the human. It concentrates the human on the one thing only a human should do here: decide, and be accountable for the decision. Every officer, human and agent, loads the same creed. It says we grow by being cited and never by spending trust, and that honesty is not a value we list but the wall the whole building stands on.
