How does cross-device sync work?

Your data syncs in real time via encrypted cloud storage using Supabase Realtime. Changes on one device appear instantly on others. Offline writes are queued and synced automatically when you reconnect. Available on Pro plans and above.

Do I need an API key for AI features?

No. Hosted AI is included on Free, Pro, and Ultra plans with monthly usage limits. Nothing to configure. Free includes AI with lighter monthly limits per feature, while Pro and Ultra are much higher. The Unlimited plan is for power users who bring their own API key for zero caps and full data sovereignty.

Can I use Orbyt without the AI features?

Yes. Job tracking, contact management, calendar, goals, wellness coaching, follow-up reminders, and the financial runway planner all work without any AI or API key. AI features enhance the experience but are not required.
