Yes. Switch between Pro and Ultra, or between monthly and yearly, at any time. We'll prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use.

Cancel anytime in Settings or the Orbyt One dashboard. No phone calls, no emails to support. You may see optional alternatives (pause, a discount) on the way out, but the cancel button is on the same screen. Access continues through the end of your billing period.

Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law, and consumed AI usage is non-refundable once used, because AI, compute, and hosting are paid out as you work. Unlimited is for power users who bring their own API keys: every Ultra feature with zero usage caps and full data sovereignty, at a lower price since you provide the AI.
